The Mumble: Maybe this time it’s different

International summits used to be a rare occasion and the only source of excitement would be the efforts of protestors to disrupt the proceedings. Those were the good old days —there seems to have been a summit in every week of 2012 to determine the fate of the Eurozone, only to have little impact. But there are creeping signs that the summit of June 29 may be a game changer.
